Conversely, no staff, contractors, or representatives of those organizations are employed by or authorized to act on behalf of Digital Skills Authority.
• Independent Entities: Digital Skills Authority and the Brilliance Awards Group are entirely separate legal entities. There is no parent-subsidiary relationship, joint venture, or shared ownership between our organization and the aforementioned groups.
• Distinct Intellectual Property: Our trademarks, certifications, and “Brilliance” awards programs are proprietary to Digital Skills Authority and operate independently of any similarly named events or training programs.
